This solar eclipse has a very Aquarian energy with Jupiter, the Moon, the Sun, the Moon's north node, Chiron and Neptune all in that sign. Jupiter's contribution, especially, will magnify its effects enormously. The Sabian Symbol for this solar eclipse is Aquarius 7: A Child Born Out of an Eggshell. I have natal Jupiter at 5º55' Aquarius (3rd house) And (just found that one out) my rising sign in the Draconic chart is at 6º10' Aquarius 0_0.
The Draconic chart talks about more your spiritual growth (from what I've read), so... lot's of potential in that area? I don't know - I'll have to wait and see. But I like the simbology of the sabyan symbols.
What happens when you have your Sun in Aquarius at 6.19 and the Solar Return chart has an Asc of 0.20 Libra and the MC 0.23 Cancer? "Yikes" is all that comes to my mind. :-)
I'm looking forward to seeing what Monday's eclipse brings with my Natal Sun at 13Aqu40 and Natal Merc at 5Aqu54. With Chiron at 21Aqu and just approaching my Chiron return, should be an interesting 50th Solar Return for me by the 3rd Feb, right between the 2 eclipses.
And with Mars, Jupiter, North Node etc joining in, in my 1st house, (it's a bit busy around my Asc in Cap also).....help! May need a reading from you for some guidance.
On the Sabian symbology, Neith at Realastrologers says "a child is seen being born out of an egg” with the keywords EMERGENCE OF GLOBAL MAN
and Robert Wilkinson has this to say on the Eclipse..."We find 8 Aquarius rising in London, putting the Aquarius stellium and the Eclipse directly on the Ascendant, sure to be of major significance in shutting things down and opening things up in merry Old England!
